A: CBB61 capacitors are generally used in fans, ceiling fans, range hoods, heaters and other electrical appliances. The size of the capacitor is generally related to the size of the fan. The 16 inch generally uses 1.5UF, the 12-14 inch generally 1.2uf, and the 8-10 generally 1uf. The ceiling fan is 2.2-3UF, and the range hood is generally 4UF.
